General Requirements

You M UST be 18 years of age to be pierced without a parent.

All clients over the age of 18 must have their own currently valid, state issued photo ID.

ONLY Forms of ID Accepted:

Drivers license
Passport
Military ID
State Identification card
State or federally issued Picture ID with birth date

If you are under the age of 18 you MUST have a parent or legal, custodial guardian present for all appointments - (eg., NOT visiting aunt / uncle) - they must have legal, court appointed custody of you

Minors

I am always happy that I get the opportunity to give your child an amazing piercing experience.

BUT There are a lot of laws, guidelines, and rules that mandate what I can pierce and what I need in order to perform piercings for your child. We have VERY STRICT policies we adhere to at all times when it comes to piercing clients who are under the age of 18. These policies are in place for your safety.

If any of the requirements are not met when you check-in for your piercing, we will not be able to provide you with services - so please read our policies carefully before coming into the shop.

MUST HAVE ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR MINOR

SCHOOL ID

PLEASE NOTE: All paperwork/IDs must be original, we cannot accept copies or photos of paperwork/IDs. All IDs must be up to date, we cannot accept expired licenses or passports.
